Roughly 40,000 yards coming off an overlot grading job in Aurora.

MATERIAL: native soil, unclassified. The operator's own description is "mediocre dirt," so treat it as general fill rather than anything that will pass a tight geotech spec. No proctor and no soils report have been provided.

PRICE: free, and he expects to cover delivery inside a 30 to 45 minute haul of the site.

TIMING: not yet. Overlot grading was described on 9/5/26 as a couple of months out, so figure November at the earliest. He has also said he may already have a home for it. Posted now so it is on the board and findable, not because it is ready to move.

LOCATION: Aurora. The exact site address has not been given yet, so the map pin is the city, not the pile. Ask before planning a haul around it.
