Jobsite Exchange, LLC sends text (SMS) messages only about activity you start with us. Depending on how you use the Site, these messages include:

  • Haul-request coordination - scheduling, driver and truck coordination, and status updates for a haul you request through Book a Haul.
  • Listing inquiry notifications - alerts when someone responds to or asks about a material listing you posted.
  • Account & listing notices - manage-code and listing-management messages tied to listings you create.
  • Verification codes - one-time passcodes you request to sign in or verify your phone number.

You opt in by giving your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you submit a Book a Haul or signup form on the Site, or by texting START to our number. By doing so you confirm the number is yours and that you agree to receive the messages described above at that number.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of using the Site. You can use Jobsite Exchange without opting in to text messages.

Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, the haul requests and listings you have in progress). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Jobsite Exchange does not charge for the messages themselves.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages; you will get one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or reach us through our contact page.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in / consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or obtained by, any third parties.
